Services may renew automatically when enabled in the customer account. Customers are responsible for keeping payment and contact details current and reviewing renewal notices.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must keep credentials secure, maintain lawful content, use supported software responsibly, and keep independent copies of important data before major changes.
Suspension and cancellation
The final terms must define notice, refund eligibility, overdue invoices, abuse response, cancellation timing, and the period in which data may remain recoverable.
