Acceptable use policy
This draft summarizes the behavior the production policy should address. It is not a finalized enforcement document.
Lawful use
Services may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, harassment, threats, or material that creates an unreasonable risk to other customers or the platform.
Platform abuse
Malware, phishing, credential theft, denial-of-service activity, unsolicited bulk messaging, open proxies, cryptomining, and deliberate attempts to bypass resource controls are prohibited.
Resource use
Shared and reseller services must be used in a way that does not materially degrade the platform. Resource concerns should be handled through documented limits and reasonable upgrade options.
Reporting and response
Potential abuse can be reported to support. The final policy must define investigation, preservation, notice, emergency action, appeal, and repeat-violation procedures.
