Is a domain included with hosting?

The domain and hosting are separate cart items unless a specific WHMCS promotion says otherwise at checkout. Keeping the line items clear makes renewal pricing easier to understand.

Can I transfer an existing domain?

Yes, for supported extensions. Most transfers need an authorization code from the current registrar and add one year to the registration term. Some country-code domains follow different rules.

Can I change nameservers and registrar lock?

Yes. The customer portal is designed to provide common controls such as nameservers, registrar lock, auto-renew, and contact details. Unsupported registrar functions open the secure WHMCS domain screen.

Are premium domains priced differently?

Yes. Registries can set premium registration and renewal prices for particular names. A live WHMCS availability result will identify premium pricing before the domain is added to checkout.
